Working with Lidhs gives you the best of both worlds: cost-effective processes and world-class tools and prototypes. Our tool manufacturing process always starts with a detailed review of the project specifications. The tool is drawn in a 3D CAD program, and the simulation starts. We were early adopters of simulation, and today, we see it as a matter of course in our efforts to work more sustainably. During the design process and the initiation of simulation, a layout is presented. Once approved, the design is completed in order for the tool to take its physical form through processing in our machinery pool. At Lidhs, we work with EDM, CNC and measuring machines, among others, which are all used to achieve the highest quality and precision during manufacturing. Finally, the tool is assembled, tested and trial run in one of our presses. The tool is then complete and ready for your production department.
