On September 1 2026, Kristoffer Kautto will become the new CEO of LIDHS Industrier AB, formerly Lidhs Tooling AB. At the same time, former CEO Magnus Andersson will take on the role of Head of Operations. The change is part of the company’s long-term plan to meet increased demand, grow in new markets, and make continued investments in capacity and technology.
Magnus Andersson has been CEO since 2018 and has been preparing for the transition together with the organization over several years.
“We have worked strategically for a long time to strengthen our position and prepare for a future CEO change. Kristoffer has been our main candidate, and his professional growth within the company has shown that he is ready to take the next step,” says Magnus Andersson.
Kristoffer Kautto has worked for the company for almost nine years and has held roles as a designer, sales representative and vice president. As the new CEO, he will drive the company’s continued development with a particular focus on customer relationships, sales, and new business opportunities.

In the new organization, the CEO role will have a clearer focus on marketing, sales and customer development, while Magnus Andersson will continue to provide his experience on the operational side of the business.
New name reflects a broader business
In connection with the change of CEO, the company is changing its name to LIDHS Industrier AB. The name will more clearly reflect the company’s development from a simple tool supplier to a broader industrial partner for metalworking and the Swedish manufacturing industry.
Today, the company has a broader portfolio, larger and more advanced machines, increased automation and robotics, and the expertise to handle more types of customer assignments.
“Our new resources make it possible to offer customers more complete solutions, higher capacity and greater flexibility. Going forward, we see good opportunities to grow through new assignments, expanded customer partnerships and getting established in new industry segments,” says Kristoffer Kautto.
