A new chapter for Lidhs \u2013 New CEO and new company name<\/span><\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_custom_heading text=”On September 1 2026, Kristoffer Kautto will become the new CEO of LIDHS Industrier AB, formerly Lidhs Tooling AB. At the same time, former CEO Magnus Andersson will take on the role of Head of Operations. \u201cWe have worked strategically for a long time to strengthen our position and prepare for a future CEO change. Kristoffer has been our main candidate, and his professional growth within the company has shown that he is ready to take the next step,\u201d says Magnus Andersson.<\/p>\n

Kristoffer Kautto has worked for the company for almost nine years and has held roles as a designer, sales representative and vice president. As the new CEO, he will drive the company\u2019s continued development with a particular focus on customer relationships, sales, and new business opportunities.<\/p>\n

In the new organization, the CEO role will have a clearer focus on marketing, sales and customer development, while Magnus Andersson will continue to provide his experience on the operational side of the business.<\/p>\n

New name reflects a broader business<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In connection with the change of CEO, the company is changing its name to LIDHS Industrier AB. The name will more clearly reflect the company\u2019s development from a simple tool supplier to a broader industrial partner for metalworking and the Swedish manufacturing industry.<\/p>\n

Today, the company has a broader portfolio, larger and more advanced machines, increased automation and robotics, and the expertise to handle more types of customer assignments.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur new resources make it possible to offer customers more complete solutions, higher capacity and greater flexibility. Going forward, we see good opportunities to grow through new assignments, expanded customer partnerships and getting established in new industry segments,\u201d says Kristoffer Kautto.<\/p>\n
